Key Lime Pie Protein Shake

If you got an INTENSE craving for key lime pie, then you NEED to try this out!

INGREDIENT

  • 1/2 cup Fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbs Lime juice (fresh or bottled, I personally like key lime juice best!)
  • 5-10 Ice cubes
  • 1/2-1 cup Water
  • 2-4 pkts Stevia or splenda
  • 1 tbs sugar free vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum,
  • 1 graham cracker, crushed into crumbs – use this for topping when finished
  • A small amount of Fat free whipped cream topping (optional)
